Careplots, a leading technology and data analytics company, is strengthening its collaboration with the Coleridge Initiative to support state data analysts and the academic research community. The Careplots data engineering team will play a key role in executing Data Operations for ADRF state customers, bolstering the Multi-State Data Collaboratives.
Simultaneously, Careplots will further streamline ADRF's Data Management processes. This includes automating data ingestion and quality controls, as well as testing and deploying scalable AWS data pipelines, using native cloud tools and technologies. These efforts are aimed to improve performance and resource efficiencies, while adding new capabilities such as advanced data cataloguing.
The Multi-State Data Collaboratives unite various state agencies, encompassing workforce, education, human services, and more. Together with academic partners, they spearhead data projects that address crucial questions impacting regional policy-making and evaluation. Currently, over 25 states actively participate in collaborative efforts across the Midwest, South, and East regions.
The Coleridge Initiative's ADRF platform fosters collaboration on research, data analyses, and data products, all conducted with de-identified microdata stored in a common platform. Utilizing the ADRF platform, Collaboratives are able to access micro-sensitive data in a secure and FedRAMP-compliant environment, and to rely on a shared framework and a standardized data sharing agreement to facilitate seamless data access on both regional and national levels. This emphasis on state autonomy and agency oversight remains a cornerstone principle, allowing agencies to independently pursue projects while benefiting from shared infrastructure.
