Careplots has joined forces with the Coleridge Initiative to redesign and modernize the Administrative Data Research Facility (ADRF) Management Portal, addressing new demands for cutting-edge research and data science. The ADRF Management Portal is designed to streamline workflows across agencies, datasets, agreements, and research projects within the secure, FedRAMP-authorized ADRF environment.
Under this contract, Careplots will conduct an in-depth assessment of Coleridge’s operational systems and business processes to establish comprehensive requirements for the upgraded portal. Careplots will also support the release of an RFP, assist in selecting a software vendor, and collaborate with the chosen vendor throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases.
Key improvements in the new portal include a digitized workflow, enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities, and standardized forms to reduce response times for project workspaces. Advanced features such as automated user onboarding, entitlements tracking, and notifications will empower data stewards and researchers, enabling faster, more efficient handling of user requests and scalable research support.
